Whipped Cream

For a standard size (1 pint) whipped cream dispenser use the following:


  • 16 oz (1 pint) heavy whipping cream
  • 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Place the whipping cream in a 1 pint dispenser
  2. Mix in the vanilla extract and sugar stirring to dissolve
  3. Place on the cap and shake well (upside down) to ensure everything is well dissolved
  4. Charge with a Nitrous Oxide (N2O) cartridge
  5. Lay the bottle on its side for 1-2 minutes to allow the gas to distribute evenly
  6. Shake well and enjoy
