Seasoned Steak Strips


  • Two pounds of lean round steak
  • McCormick’s Seasoned Meat Tenderizer
  • Worcestershire Sauce


  • Two servings


  1. Slice steak into 2 inch by 1/2 inch strips
  2. Place in large bowl and generously coat all sides with tenderizer
  3. Allow tenderizer to sit on meat for 3 minutes
  4. Fill bowl with Worcestershire sauce until meat just barely covered
  5. Allow to sit for 10 minutes
  6. Place on hot pan for 5 minutes or until center cooked
