Ranch Roasted Potatoes


  • 2 lbs small red potatoes, quartered
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 ounce packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix (seasoning and salad mix)


  • Four dinner side portions


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Place potatoes in a resealable plastic bag
  3. Add oil, seal bag, and toss to distribute oil
  4. Open bag, add salad dressing mix, and reseal
  5. Toss until all potatoes are coated evenly with mix
  6. Bake in an ungreased baking pan for 35 minutes or until potatoes are brown and crisp
