Deviled Eggs


  • One half-dozen hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of mayo
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard (preferable Gouldon’s)
  • Paprika


  • One dozen deviled egg halves


  1. Slice the eggs in half
  2. Remove the hard-boiled yolks and place them in a bowl
  3. Mix the mayo and mustard in to the egg yolks
  4. Spoon the yolks back into the eggs
  5. Lightly sprinkle paprika on the eggs for appearance
