Chocolate Raspberry Brownies


  • 1-2/3 cups (10-oz package) of Raspberry Chocolate Chips
  • Two egg
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Grease an 8×8 baking pan
  3. In a medium saucepan combine raspberry chocolate chips and butter
  4. Heat over medium heat, and stir to an even consistancy
  5. Reduce to very low heat
  6. Stir in eggs and vanilla until well blended
  7. Add in flour, sugar and baking powder
  8. Stir until an even consistancy
  9. Spread batter into prepared pan
  10. Cook for 25 minutes, or until brownies begin to pull away from sides
  11. Allow to cool completely in pan (usually for about an hour)
  12. Cut into bars and serve
