Whipped Cream
For a standard size (1 pint) whipped cream dispenser use the following:
Ingredients:
- 16 oz (1 pint) heavy whipping cream
- 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- Place the whipping cream in a 1 pint dispenser
- Mix in the vanilla extract and sugar stirring to dissolve
- Place on the cap and shake well (upside down) to ensure everything is well dissolved
- Charge with a Nitrous Oxide (N2O) cartridge
- Lay the bottle on its side for 1-2 minutes to allow the gas to distribute evenly
- Shake well and enjoy
