Seasoned Steak Strips
Ingredients:
- Two pounds of lean round steak
- McCormick’s Seasoned Meat Tenderizer
- Worcestershire Sauce
Serves:
- Two servings
Directions:
- Slice steak into 2 inch by 1/2 inch strips
- Place in large bowl and generously coat all sides with tenderizer
- Allow tenderizer to sit on meat for 3 minutes
- Fill bowl with Worcestershire sauce until meat just barely covered
- Allow to sit for 10 minutes
- Place on hot pan for 5 minutes or until center cooked
