Russian Tea

Ingredients:

• 6 cups boiling water
• 2 Celestial Seasonings oriental orange space tea bags
• 1/4 cups sugar
• 4 cinnamon sticks
• Dash of nutmeg
• 1 tablespoon cloves
• 3 tablespoon lemon balm
• 2 cups orange juice

Serves:

• 8 cups

Directions:

1. Place the cloves and lemon balm in a tea ball
2. Place the tea ball, cinnamon sticks, dash of nutmeg and tea bags in the pot of water
3. Allow the water to begin to boil and then add the sugar
4. Stir until disolved and then add the orange juice
5. Reduce the temperature to keep the mixture just under a boil, and serve at that temperature
