Ranch Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs small red potatoes, quartered
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 ounce packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix (seasoning and salad mix)
Serves:
- Four dinner side portions
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Place potatoes in a resealable plastic bag
- Add oil, seal bag, and toss to distribute oil
- Open bag, add salad dressing mix, and reseal
- Toss until all potatoes are coated evenly with mix
- Bake in an ungreased baking pan for 35 minutes or until potatoes are brown and crisp
