Deviled Eggs
Ingredients:
- One half-dozen hard-boiled eggs
- 1 teaspoon of mayo
- 1 teaspoon of mustard (preferable Gouldon’s)
- Paprika
Serves:
- One dozen deviled egg halves
Directions:
- Slice the eggs in half
- Remove the hard-boiled yolks and place them in a bowl
- Mix the mayo and mustard in to the egg yolks
- Spoon the yolks back into the eggs
- Lightly sprinkle paprika on the eggs for appearance
