Chocolate Raspberry Brownies
Ingredients:
- 1-2/3 cups (10-oz package) of Raspberry Chocolate Chips
- Two egg
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Grease an 8×8 baking pan
- In a medium saucepan combine raspberry chocolate chips and butter
- Heat over medium heat, and stir to an even consistancy
- Reduce to very low heat
- Stir in eggs and vanilla until well blended
- Add in flour, sugar and baking powder
- Stir until an even consistancy
- Spread batter into prepared pan
- Cook for 25 minutes, or until brownies begin to pull away from sides
- Allow to cool completely in pan (usually for about an hour)
- Cut into bars and serve
