Red Wine Reduction Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Two cups of red wine
  • Two tablespoons of corn syrup

Directions:

  1. Place the red wine and the corn syrup in a 1-2 quart pot over high heat
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce heat to keep it just at a boil
  3. Boil uncovered for 10 minutes or until the sauce thickens
