Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 7 ounce jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 cup peanut better
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Serves:

  • 2 lbs of fudge

Directions:

  • Combine sugar and milk in a sauce pan and heat to the soft-ball stage (between 235-245F)
  • Remove from heat
  • Add marshmallow cream, peanut butter and vanilla
  • Mix ingredients until smooth
  • Once well blended pour contents of sauce pan into a 9×9″ greased pan
  • Allow to cool in refrigerator

Alternative directions:

  • Combine sugar and 1/2 cup of milk in a sauce pan bring to a boil
  • Reduce to medium heat and boil for 3 minutes
  • Remove from heat
  • Add marshmallow cream, peanut butter and vanilla
  • Mix ingredients until smooth
  • Once well blended pour contents of sauce pan into a 9×9″ greased pan
  • Allow to cool in refrigerator
