Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients:
- 2 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 7 ounce jar marshmallow cream
- 1 cup peanut better
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Serves:
- 2 lbs of fudge
Directions:
- Combine sugar and milk in a sauce pan and heat to the soft-ball stage (between 235-245F)
- Remove from heat
- Add marshmallow cream, peanut butter and vanilla
- Mix ingredients until smooth
- Once well blended pour contents of sauce pan into a 9×9″ greased pan
- Allow to cool in refrigerator
Alternative directions:
- Combine sugar and 1/2 cup of milk in a sauce pan bring to a boil
- Reduce to medium heat and boil for 3 minutes
- Remove from heat
- Add marshmallow cream, peanut butter and vanilla
- Mix ingredients until smooth
- Once well blended pour contents of sauce pan into a 9×9″ greased pan
- Allow to cool in refrigerator
